Psychology and Love

The emotional bonds formed early in life lay the foundation for later lover relationships. Childhood attachments and adult romantic attachments are marked by physical closeness, caring, and long-term committment. Both nature and nurture are crucial factors in shaping attaachment style, and our patterns of relation can change.
